Refund policy
Due to the our products being food based and perishable I am afraid that we cannot accept returns on items you have received and deiced you no longer require.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Heat Sensitive Items
Please be aware that some of our items (mainly chocolate) are heat sensitive. Please be aware that in the warmer months buyers are purchasing at their own risk and I cannot be held accountable for items that have been damaged due to heat.
